**International:** 7–14+ business days (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

 

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


We are not responsible for:

* incorrect addresses

* missing apartment numbers

* returned packages due to address errors


If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship your order.

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.


If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please:
